Brent possesses nearly 30 years of proficient project oversight and management within diverse design and construction teams. His extensive underground experience involves the excavation of large diameter tunnels requiring advanced drill/blast coordination. Mr. Duncan has saved millions of dollars on his high-profile projects through value engineering, along with delivering substantial negotiation and communication among subcontractors and suppliers. Based out of our Corona office, Mr. Duncan provides oversight on several of our current major tunneling projects and contributes to Drill Tech’s overall tunneling operations.
