Key Project Highlights

Phillips 66 Refinery SFR Unit 0140 PTU/FRU

  • Excavation, backfill, and fine grading in preparation for concrete and asphalt paving.

  • Installation of formwork, reinforcing steel, expansion joints, concrete placement, and joint sealant.

  • Installation of header board and placement of asphalt.

  • Excavation, backfill, and placement of bull rock for swales.

  • Excavation, backfill, formwork, reinforcing steel, and concrete placement for headwall.

  • Installation of concrete wheel stops.

Sac Sewer BioGen Facility Pile Caps

  • Layout work from client provided location and elevation survey.

  • Excavate 4’-0” square x 18” deep around (25) piles, installed by others.

  • Off haul and dispose of excavated lime treated soil.

  • Furnish and install formwork and reinforcing steel for pile cap following elevations and slopes from grading drawings.

  • Furnish and install formwork and reinforcing steel for 8” paving at perimeter of pile cap.

  • Furnish, place and finish 4,500 psi in 28-day concrete for pile cap and paving to a medium broom surface texture.

  • Furnish, place and compact 10” of Caltrans class 2 base rock below 8” slab on grade w/ swale.

  • Remove all formwork.
